DILI, 31 march 2021 (TATOLI) – The CIGC Authority registered a patient with a critical condition when she began to display visible signs of respiratory distress such as panting for breath.
“starting this morning, vera cruz isolation room admitted new infected patient, with serious case,” CIGC Coordinator, Rui Araújo said.
The patient was a 69-year-old Timorese woman who is also diagnosed with diabetes and obesity.
The doctor included that, the patient starting to experience high fever, and display visible signs of respiratory distress/ difficulties in breathing for almost one week and currently the patient is still undergoing treatment for other diseases related to her lung.
“The patient is currently using the high flow oxygen” he said.
There were also three new cases of moderated symptoms, who are currently in Vera Cruz Isolation but, Mr Araújo concluded that they are in a good condition.
