DILI, 04 july 2021 (TATOLI) – The Prime Minister of Timor-Leste, Taur Matan Ruak shows his present on the inauguration ceremony of Kmanek Haburak Unidade National Timor-Oan (KHUNTO) political party Head Quarter and the celebration of the 10th Anniversary of KHUNTO existence.

Prime Minister, Taur Matan Ruak shows his political commitment and respect for the KHUNTO invitation presented in the inauguration ceremony of KHUNTO Head Quarter and commemorates the 10th Anniversary. The ceremony is held in Laulora area, Manleuna village and Don Aleixo Post Administrative.

The President of political party KHUNTO, Armanda Berta said in her speech that the existence of KHUNTO as a political party is based on Timor-Leste adopting the democracy process.  This political party is contributing to the country’s development processes and it has shown hard work by all political parties including KHUNTO.

She added that currently KHUNTO has 15 government members in the VIII constitution government of Timor-Leste and it shows the positive point of KHUNTO contribution to take part in the country’s development process.

At the same place, the National Election Commission (NEC), Alcino Barris praises KHUNTO as a newest political party, showing its maturity and good performance on politics. Since 10 years, KHUNTO always complies with the election rules and stands with the principles of commitment respecting the national election regulations and contribution for the election process in this country going efficiently.

The President of the National Parliament, Aniceto Guterres demonstrates his respect for leading the “one minute science” for all the Timor-Leste heroes who have sacrificed their body and soul for the independence of this country.

He added that today all Timorese people are able to be free, all this happens due to the big sacrifice of thousands of souls and bodies. This time for the new generation to take part in the country’s construction for the well-being of Timorese people.

The honorable guests, who are marked the present on the ceremony comprising of Prime Minister of Timor-Leste, Taur Matan Ruak, The president of National Election Commission, Alcino Barris, The president of Timor-Leste National Parliament, Aniceto Guterres  and the diplomatic person, the Ambassador of Indonesia in Timor-Leste, Sahat Sitorus, The Ambassador of Sharawi Arab Democracy Republic, Boibait Malainin Boibuat and others  political persons and all guests.

The ceremony welcomes all guests with cultural performances on dancing and rituals based on Timor-Leste’s tradition.
