DILI, august 5, 2021 (TATOLI)- Care International in Timor-Leste (CTTL) through the Lafaek project has realized a photography competition for 5 municipalities, where the first winner will be rewarded with a cash prize of $250.
The Care International’s Marketing Communication Manager on the Lafaek Project, Fabio De Carvalho in his letter of August 4 stated that the purpose of the exhibition activity is to promote the creativity of young people skill engaging in the activity of pictures taken, especially, how to decide the proper tourism sites to address on Lafaek Magazine and Lafaek’s Facebook web-side also the portal.
The Photography Competition has been opened on the last 21st of July and will be ended on the 16th of august.
The competitors should present the product of photos that depict the tourist sites, nature, and culture sites with a resolution of 300 pixels.
The competitors should Made the photos selection. Lafaek project has prepared the awards including money, certificates, Lafek’s t-shirts, lafaek bags for the nine winners. The qualified photographers will be announced and published on the Lafaek Magazine edition 1/2022.
“We have provided money for 9 winners, the amount of money is $960 where the first winner will be awarded $250, the second $200, and the other $150 to $30,” Fabio explained in the reply letter.
In addition to promoting tourist attractions in the TL, so far all competitors have come from 12 municipalities including RAEOA because in this competition the competitors must identify places that have the best tourist destinations in terms of culture, nature, and panoramas.
“For this period, we only focus on 5 municipalities: Dili, Liquisa, Bobonaro, Ermera and Oé-Cusse, every year we choose different municipalities,” he concluded
