136 students at EXTERNATO School receive Pfizer vaccine

DILI, 05 november, 2021 (TATOLI)– The 136 students from Junior and Senior high schools of Externato de São José receive the Pfizer vaccine today.

The School Director, Maria De Fatima Da Concencão said that the 136 students from 9 and 12 junior and senior high schools are eligible to receive the vaccine, saying the vaccine will be given by the health team starting from November 5 to November 6.

“All students are required to receive the vaccine before attending the examination period in December,” School Director, Concencão told Tatoli at the Comoro Delta today.

Today the students from 3 cycle and high school are the first to receive the vaccine to ensure students will be healthy to attend the exam next month.

Mrs. Maria said that the school together with the health team have consulted with the parents regarding the vaccination for students.

Maria said school institutions follow the Government health policy to ensure all students are free from covid-19, therefore students must receive the vaccine.

“The parents have taken the agreement note to fill up and return the note to school on allowing their children to receive the vaccine,”

Of the number that receives the vaccine today, 89 students from 3 cycle students and 47 secondary students from age 12 to 17 years old.

A high school student, Gilbray Slovano Fernandes Soriano said he is glad to receive the vaccine saying there is no side effect after receiving the Pfizer vaccine.

“I prepared myself before receiving the vaccine I have consumed enough meals and lots of water, and this is good for health, vaccine is great to prevent ourselves from COVID-19 disease,” he said.
