DILI, 14 April 2025 (TATOLI) – The National Parliament has today approved the State Visit of the President of the Republic, José Ramos-Horta, to Bulgaria.
“The National Parliament, through its plenary session, approved the State Visit of the President of the Republic to Bulgaria with 37 votes in favor, 3 against, and 8 abstentions,” the Parliament’s media office announced on Monday.
Horta will begin the official five-day visit on April 19, 2025, following an invitation from his Bulgarian counterpart, Rumen Radev, the National Parliament’s media office also confirmed.
In addition, the Noble Peace Laureate will also pay a visit to the UK at the invitation of the Governing Body of Eton College to attend a lecture scheduled to take place on April 24, 2025.
