DILI, 05 january 2022 (TATOLI) – Third Consul of the Philippine Embassy in Timor – Leste, Lazer Blitz Sumagaysay informed that the Philippine Embassy will conduct cycling activities to raise funds for the community pantry.
According to Sumagaysay, the event will be held on January 30, 2022, for all citizens of the Philippines and Timor Leste who wish to participate in the activity.
Previously, Sumagaysay explained that community pantry are activities organized to aid those left most vulnerable during the difficult situations.
“The cyclist will be organized by the Philippine Embassy. Next week registration will be open for the Filipino community in Timor – Leste and also for the Timorese as a fundraiser to help vulnerable Timorese through the community pantry,’ umagaysay told TATOLI in Philippine Embassy, Farol, Dili today.
Sumagaysay emphasized that the Philippines Embassy will work closely with the Timor Leste National Police (PNTL) to ensure security during the activity.
