DILI, 23 february 2022(TATOLI)- The Secretariat for Electoral Administration (STAE) has given the training to 1,191 Brigades to ensure a successful Presidential election, revealed The General Director of the Technical (STAE), Acilino Manuel Branco.
“STAE has gave the training to 1,191 electoral brigades to ensure the Presidential election which will be held on 19 march 2022,” the General Director of STAE Branco told Tatoli at the office of STAE Caicoli, Dili today.

The aim of the training of brigades is to increase the knowledge, impartiality, honesty to ensure a successful Presidential election.
The material provided is, regarding the election regulations, the election process, the vote counting process. With this training the election brigades will have a quality of capacity to organize the elections in a transparent and accountable manner based on the Presidential Election Regulation No. 15/2021 which authorizes the Brigades to lead all processes at the Polling Station Center.
The Brigades training starts from 01 february during three weeks and will be concluded on 24 february.
