DILI, 04 august 2021 (TATOLI)– Director of Ra’es Hadomi Timor Oan (RHTO) Joaozito dos Santos said that since 2019 until now RHTO has received $60,000 financial support from Water Aid Australia to do the advocacy activities on water, sanitation, and hygiene.
“This program aims to do the advocacy regarding inclusive water, sanitation, and hygiene to Person with Disabilities including accessibility,” Santos told Tatoli reporter at his office Taibesse Dili.
According to Santos the $6.000 is offered every year, since 2019.
Santos explained the fund is also been used for the payment of the salary of the Program Manager who handled the water advocacy program, support transportation, and operational expenses for 1 year.
Santos at the same Time expresses his gratitude to Water AID Australia for the support and for establishing of Advocacy program that brings various benefits for people with disabilities.
