DILI, 22 october 2020 (TATOLI) -The Royal Thailand Embassy in collaboration with the princess of Maha Chakri Award Foundation organised an Virtual Forum of the third Princess Mahacakri Award held in a two days 22 october to 23 of october 2020.
The ceremony is presiding by the Royal Princess Maha Chakri Sirinddhorn in Bangkok Thailand.
During the PMCA award, the recipients form ASEAN countries and Timor-Leste that participate in onsite of the plenary session will share the experiences and suceesful teaching methods that enhances and inspire students to learn in their respective countries.
In spite the Princess Maha Chakri award is attribute every other year to outstanding teachers in eleven countries in ASEAN and Timor-Leste.
Timor-Leste was awarded the Princess Maha Charlie award in 2015 the award was addressed to Mr. Julio Ximenes and the award also addressed to Mr. Leopoldino Guterres in 2017 as well Ms. Lurdes Rangel Gonçalves in 2019.
So far, The Royal Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn begun working in the area of educational development since 1980 in both Thailand and other countries.
Since 2014 The Royal Highness had started it’s collaborative projects on Children and Youth Development in the four schools in Timor-Leste which are Acanuno Basic School, Central Basic School of Hera, Central Basic School of Fatuqiero and Basic school of Dona Ana Lemos.
