DILI, April 3, 2021 (TATOLI) – Timor-Leste registers 37 new cases of covid-19 while 51 have recovered from the disease, said CIGC Coordinator, Rui de Araújo in a statement.
Among the new infections, 36 cases identified in Dili the other is in Covalima municipality.
“Among the 37 active cases, 25 are men and 12 are women. Four have symptoms and the remaining 33 are asymptomatic. However, with the total number of 51 recoveries the country currently registers a total of 447 active cases,” Rui Araújo said.
So far, 53 requests were submitted yesterday, for obtaining the letter of authorization for the municipalities.
The CIGC calls on all inhabitants to maintain tranquility and adopt preventive measures.
