Bibi ain aten Brani transfers $5.000 to Timor-Leste to help flood-affected victims

DILI, 04 may 2021 (TATOLI) – Timorese citizens in North Ireland provides $5.000 fund and clothes for the victim of natural disaster in Timor-Leste.

According to the document released by a group of young Timorese ” Bibi ain aten Brani,” in North Ireland, This fund is collected by the young Timorese who are residing in North Ireland and have been involved in a group” BibiAin no AtenBrani,”

“The fundraising comes from Timorese, Portuguese, Iranians, Polish, Italians, and people from other countries, ” according to the statement.

Of the total amount of $5.000, the groups managed to transfer $4.000 to a group of Movimento Solidaridad fo liman ba malu, led by Nelson Turquel to do the work in the field by helping the flood-affected victims.

likewise, the group has also collected some materials comprising of clothes, shoes, coats, baby bags, backpacking and toys, stroller and included hygiene items and school materials.

it is said that the transport of the goods and the budget cost around $1.000, and will arrive in Dili at the end of May.

The logistics and transportation are supported by Dungannon and MSG Container Company and both companies belong to the Timorese people.
