COVALIMA, 19 august, 2021 (TATOLI)- The Secretary of State for Equality and Inclusion (SSEI) offered financial support in the amount of $,2000.00 for the women entrepreneurs in Covalima municipality to run their business.
“We are offering financial support for the groups of the woman in Covalima municipality to help them on managing economy activities of their groups,” The chief Department of Socio Economy of SEII, Agostinho Da Costa, told Tatoli in Covalima municipality, this Thursday.
There are 53 groups of women enrolled from 2008 to 2017, the five women group were eligible for $,2000,00 to do their business activities.
This support aims to help the groups to participate in the economic activity and getting the revenue to support their family needs.
In the same place, the representative of women rural empowerment chief, Maria Fatima is very delighted to receive support from the government for running the economic activities.
“It is a privilege for us to get financial support from the government through the Secretary of State for Gender Equality and Inclusion (SSEI) to help women group on raising livestock,” Maria Fatima said.
