DILI, 19 november 2021 ( TATOLI) – The Minister of State Administration (MSA), Miguel Pereira de Carvalho together with the Australian Ambassador to Timor – Leste, Peter Roberts inaugurated the gravity of clean water system in the sub-village Silelo, Leguimea village, Municipality of Ermera.
“The funding for the gravity of the clean water system construction is provided by the Australian Government together with Economic Recovery Resilience program within a total of $29, 105.87, which was used to make 2 capacitors, 3 water reserve tanks, 11 public water hoses with a distance of 4 Km,” according to the press release today.
On the inauguration of clean water, MSA, Miguel Pereira Carvalho appealed to the community to use the clean water carefully and take care of water facilities for a long time.
On this occasion, MAE, on behalf of the Government of Timor – Leste, thanked the Government of Australia for the support offered through the National Development Program of Village (PNDS).
The Australian Ambassador to Timor-Leste, Peter Roberts, congratulates MSA and congratulates the Leigumea Village community for inviting him to observe the results of the clean water which was constructed by the community and funded by the Australian Government.
The inauguration ceremony was participated by MSA, Australian Ambassador, Deputy Commission E of the National Parliament, Ombudsmen of Human Rights, President of the authority of Ermera Municipality, Commander of the National Police of Timor – Leste, (PNTL) of Ermera Municipality, Commander of Timor Leste Defense Forse ( F- FDTL) of Ermera Municipality, PNDS of Ermera Municipality and the Leigumea Village’s community.
