DILI, 21 february 2022 (TATOLI)– The President of the National Election Commission (CNE) José Belo, urges all youth in Timor-Leste to promote peace in the success of the Presidential Election which will take place on 19 march 2022.
“I urge all Timorese youth to love each other, to promote peace. Choose the candidate of President according to your preferences to lead as the President of the Republic for all the people of Timor-Leste,” the President of CNE, José Belo told Tatoli in the Forum of Youths at the CNE’s office Colmera, Dili today.

The President of CNE Belo, explained that the role of youth is very crucial in the process of Timor – Leste ‘s construction, therefore, to build Timor-Leste we need peace.
“I urge all Timorese youths to contribute to the peace in the success of the Presidential Election in Timor-Leste because with peace, we will choose a presidential candidate according to our preferences to build the country of Timor-Leste in the future,” CNE President Belo said.
The Presidential Election is a Democratic party, where the people of Timor-Leste will choose a presidential candidate according to their preferences, hoping that all identities will promote peace in the success of the presidential election which will take place on 19 march 2022.
