DILI, 12 july 2022 (TATOLI)– National Development Institution of mão de Obra (INDMO) Observes that the main problem facing the public and private sectors across the country are human resources and financial management.
Director of INDMO, Isabel Fernandes De Lima Said INDMO is one of the government agencies that play an important role in controlling and granting qualified training centers across the country.
“The two factors have affected the output of the development training centers to produce quality results that are required to provide competitive results to answer national and international marketing demands,” INDMO Director, Isabel Fernandes De Lima told TATOLI in her office, Hudi Laran, this Tuesday.
According to de Lima, a quality training center should have quality human resources, particularly teachers and trainers, however, to have quality human resources the center should have good financial management to support the activities of the teachers to produce creative and innovative ideas for the classes.
de Lima also said that quality teachers will provide creative and innovative ideas to answer the needs of students during the training, therefore teachers are required to fulfill pedagogy and technical teaching methods for the teaching and learning process.
“Creativity and innovation are the most needed products and these two factors require good quality teachers, therefore all public and private sectors need to ensure financial management to support the activities of teachers and to ensure the quality of training centers,” She said.
de Lima said at this time, INDMO and SEFOPE have discussed with development partners to provide more training to teachers.
“Human Resource and financial management must be balanced to produce creative and innovative ideas that result in quality products,”
She said so far INDMO registered a total of 93 training centers in 2021 across the country, of the number, 27 training centers were awarded accreditation certificates.
Meanwhile, by 2022 INDMO registered around 912 training centers across the country.
