DILI, 6 June 2023 (TATOLI)- Beer Company Heineken and the Timor-Leste Military Defense Force Navy (F-FDTL) provided first aid training to 25 technical staff, aimed to provide knowledge on emergency response in any dangerous situation to save people’s life.
Heineken Supply Change Manager, Pisey Hoeung said the main purpose of training is provided to ensure staff can know to take any interventions for helping other people in emergency and dangerous situations.
“ We are providing the first aid training to ensure all staffs can be able to understand on how to give emergency support in a very urgent situation,’’ Heineken Supply Change Manager, Pisey Hoeung told a journalist in Hera, this Tuesday.
He added that the training subjects are comprised of Inspiration, Rescue people in dangerous situations, Preserve life, Prevent Deuteration of illness or injuries, Protect the unconscious, Promote recovery, and Heat pressing.
“We decided to invite the navy camp of F-FDTL to provide training this season. Navy Can is allocated closed with Heineken Company and they can provide support to us in any emergency case,’’ He said
Navy camp major Chief of Tenente Captain, Nicolau Sousa said the Purpose of the primary survey is to immediately identify emergency cases and manage life-threatening conditions.
“It is very important to provide more information to ourselves and also to help others when they face injury situation,’’ He said
It is required for all participants to gain all information to face any cases. All people should know first aid to save people’s life.
It is known that in last 2022, the training was offered by Red Cross Timor-Leste (CVTL).
The 25 participants were from different departments composed of the Production department, packaging, Warehouse, logistics, Human Resources, finance department, and others.
It is known that is held in one day, on Tuesday 5 June 2023, at 8:30 Am and finished at 4:30 Pm.
