DILI, 9 december, 2020 (TATOLI) – The Commission of Anti-Corruption (CAC) has launched the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan to combat the issue of corruption.
The Commissioner of CAC, Sérgio Hornay said, only an adjustment will be made due to the termination of the plan between 2012 and 2020.
Hornay recalled that the plan will be subjected to the definition of programs and subprograms.
“These programs and its subprograms will be articulating and discussing with relevant entities so that the Government can accomplish a sustainable development policy,” Hornay said at the celebration of International CAC’s day, at the Lanine Lariguto salon, Caicoli.
He added that, the objective to the strategic plan, re-consolidate the mission of CAC in its programs and subprograms to ensure its implementation in the next five years.
At the same time, he said the implementation of the CAC Strategic Plan with the participation of several institutions aim at strengthening the development and the policy for the prevention and combating corruption.
In addition, it is also aim at reinforcing the research work from the entire CAC employees as well as ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the work.
