DILI, march 10, 2021 (TATOLI) – The Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Fidélis Manuel Leite Magalhães, said today that the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Joaquim Amaral, and the Secretary of State for the Environmental, Demétrio do Amaral de Carvalho, presented to the Council of Ministers the National Adaptation Plan for climate risks and for the creation of climate resilience.
“This plan presents a set of measures aimed at tackling climate change and reducing the impacts of vulnerabilities such as rising sea levels, floods, strong winds and rains, drought and global warming,” said Fidélis Magalhães, at the building Ministry of Finance in Aitarak-Laran.
