DILI, 05 april 2022 (TATOLI) – The Government of Timor-Leste through the State Secretary for Vocational Training and Employment (SEFOPE) will send 22 Timorese workers to employ in three different companies in Australia.
SEFOPE’s National Director of Labor for overseas, Filomeno Soares said it is required that 22 workers who will go to work in Australia in april should demonstrate working credibility. The worker must show good behavior. This brilliant performance will allow the companies to demand more Timorese workers.
The 22 Timorese workers will benefit from the Australia Seasonal Worker Program (SWP). They will travel to Australia in early april.
“This is a brilliant opportunity and the candidate should not take any action to be out of the system. Australian Companies want to provide job opportunities for more than 11,000 Timorese workers. It is allowing workers to work for the SEFOPE ready pool system,” Filomeno explained in Becora, this tuesday after signing the letter.
The worker’s families were dealt with by Mutual agreement between Australian companies.
