DILI,07 april 2022 (TATOLI)- The Portugal Ambassador to Timor-Leste Manuela Freitas Bairos, met today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (MoFAC), of Timor-Leste, Adaljiza Magno, to discuss the bilateral cooperation.
According to Manuela Bairos, this meeting served to present greetings and to review the issues of bilateral reinforcement.
The Portuguese diplomat, also mentioned that, the priorities of cooperation between the two countries compasses on education and the training of human resources.
It is recalled that the Portuguese Executive foresees $8.4 million for the Learning and School Training Centers (CAFE).
He also added that “Portugal is always available to cooperate in the areas that Timor-Leste deems necessary,” Manuela Bairos told TATOLI at MoFAC ‘s office Praia dos Coqueiros, Dili, on thursday
Ambassador Manuela Bairos delivered the letters of credentials to the President of the Republic Francisco Guterres Lú Olo on the 25th of march 2022 at the Presidential Palace, Aitarak – Laran, Dili.
