DILI, april 5, 2023 (TATOLI)- Global Jobs Company revealed that since May 2022 Jobs Global and the Incanto group have sent 55 Timorese workers to work at Americana companies after at the United Arab Emirate (UAE) after being deployed.
According to Jobs Global, Recruitment Assistant, Sandra Leila Da Silva Hamid, the 55 Timorese workers who have been working in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have performed well at their work in Hospitality and Supermarkets.
“55 Timorese workers composed of 28 men and 29 women, who are currently working in hotels and supermarkets, Macdonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. They have a good performance and provide good customer service,” Sandra told TATOLI in Lecidere, Tuesday.
According to Sandra, the recruitment is ongoing where around 300 candidates submitted their documents to be recruited to work in EUA.
” Of the 300 candidates, 14 Timorese workers are completing the document process and will send it to the UAE in May 2023, while nine workers have attended Zoom interviews with two companies in the UAE Americana and Sultan Center companies. These nine workers are currently preparing their documents, such as passports, health certificates, and Covid-19 certification before leaving this country,”
Ms. Sandra stressed that Timorese workers must have English skills and knowledge of hospitality.
“The workers are going through two stages of tests such as local interviews and also Zoom interviews at the international level. The test will be given by international companies such as Americana and the Sultan Center company,” he concluded
