The Human Fraternity document was signed by His Holiness Pope Francis and the Grand Imam Al-Azhar Ahmad Al-Tayyeb in Abu Dhabi on february 4, 2019.
“Our Head of State Ramos-Horta, before being a candidate for President of the Republic, was invited to be a jury member in Abu Dhabi on raising awareness about human fraternity,” said Presidency Advisor Nuno Horta. Thus, after being a jury member in Abu Dhabi, the elected Head of State became President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste and began talking with the National Parliament to implement this document in the National Territory.

Therefore, together with the Human Fraternity Advisor Nuno Horta and his team, they will continue to socialize it in other municipalities.
