DILI, 02 ju;y 2024 (TATOLI) – The Human Capital Development Fund (HCDF), in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, will be sending 16 Timorese to pursue Bachelor of Science in Nursing Anaesthesia, in Indonesia at the Polytechnic Institute of Health in Indonesia.
According to the Director of the FDCH, Júlio Aparício, 107 Timorese applied, but only 16 met the criteria to be selected for the scholarship.
“This is the first time that the government has provided a scholarship for Timorese to study nursing anesthesia in Indonesia. This is a significant milestone and so those selected should use this opportunity wisely,” he told Tatoli in Colmera, Dili.
Aparício recalled that the scholarship holders had signed acceptance contracts with the FDCH and the Ministry of Health, asking them to fulfill the university’s requirements in order to contribute to the country’s development.
