DILI, 09 july 2024 (TATOLI) – Indonesian delegation to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) held a meeting with Timor-Leste’s technical teams at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, in Dili.
Director General of ASEAN Cooperation at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sidharto Reza Suryodipuro, said that the Indonesian government is committed to continue supporting Timor-Leste in human resources training and development.
The Deputy Minister for ASEAN Affairs, Milena Rangel, emphasized the importance of the Indonesian delegation and the Timorese technical teams exchanging experiences, especially in terms of the economic pillar.
Present at the event were representatives from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion.
