DILI, 27 October 2025 (TATOLI) – President and Nobel Peace Laureate. J. Ramos-Horta extended his warmest congratulations to Her Excellency Mrs. Catherine Connolly on her historic election as the 10th President of Ireland.
In a congratulatory letter addressed to the 10th President of Ireland, Catherine Connolly, President Ramos-Horta said: “Your resounding victory is a testament to the deep confidence and trust that the Irish people have placed in Your Excellency’s vision, integrity, and lifelong dedication to social justice, equality, and peace. The ideals that have guided your distinguished public service resonate profoundly with the principles of democracy, inclusion, and solidarity that unite our two nations.”
