DILI, 29 july 2021 (TATOLI)- The Executive Director of Ra’es Hadomi Timor Oan (RHTO),Joaozito dos Santos said that RHTO has collaborated with the Ministry of Health through the Instituto Nasional Saude (INS) to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in 2020 – 2023 during 3 years as co-facilitator on this Inclusive Health project.
“This Inclusive Health Project has been running since 2020 intending to provide training to medical personnel to serve People with Disabilities who need the health care,” said Santos told Tatoli at his office Taibesse Dili this Thursday.
Santos said the Inclusive Health project training had already benefited 300 medical officers from the municipalities of Dili, Ermera, and Bacau municipalities, to provide good services to people with disabilities who are sick.
Mr. Santos thanked the Ministry of Health for conducting the training and for the trust given to RHTO as the co-facilitator to medical professionals.
“We hope that this program will continue to expand to other municipalities to provide good services to the people with disabilities,” he said.
