DILI, 25 november 2020 (TATOLI)-The European Union (EU) continues to show good commitment and cooperation with Timor-leste through the $ 9 mllion budget that is given to help the Timor-Leste state budget every year.
Timor-Leste Foreign Affairs Minister, Adaljiza Albertina Xavier Reis Magno said, the Cooperation between Timor-Leste and the European Union has been very well until today, since the EU has helped build the country’s progress.
“Our cooperation with the EU has been very well, with a five-year agreement, and every year EU supports $9 million into the state budget to help the development process.” Foreign Affairs Minister, Adaljiza Magno said.
She added that there are a lot of cooperations between Timor-Leste government and the Australian Government.
“We also made a lot of cooperation with Australia. The last concrete commitment is the $ 80 million for completing the vaccine program to the most vulnerable people with other diseases,” Minister Magno said.
