DILI, 02 dezembru 2020 (TATOLI)— National-Director of Foreign Employment (NDFE)of SEPFOPE, Filomeno Soares, inform that the total of 152 Timorese workers have traveled to Australia.
Following the schedule, the 162 workers have passed the vacancy for the Seasonal Workers Programme (SWP), and they have traveled to Australia on Wednesday (02/012/2020) with Qantas Airlines at 08:30 am.
“Ten workers are not traveled to Australia due to they have the problem with their visa and other documents.Thus only 152 workers are traveled today,” Director Soares said.
These workers have received the contact from Agencies in Tasmania, Australia such as Mountford Berries, Tasmanian Berries, Hillwood Berries no Building Berries.
According to Mr Soares, majority of them have pass the physical exam and the oral exam based on the criteria from SWP.
So far,Qantas Airlines has arrived at Nicolau Lobato Airport at 6:30 am.
