DILI, 21 january, 2021 (TATOLI) – The Education Logistic Director, Manuel de Jesus dos Santos, said that his office has distributed the coronavirus protection equipment to the schools in Municipalities located near the border, Bobonaro and Covalima.
According to Santos the same equipment would be made available for the schools located in Liquiçá, next week. “The equipment is including masks and soaps” Director said.
The total students to be received the equipment is 35,536 students composed from 218 schools from primary schools to secondary schools in Bobonaro municipality.
“The distribution for the masks will be depending on the total number of students. While the 3.000 soaps will be distributed to the schools and every school will entitle to have 15 soaps,” he said
Total students in Covalima to be received the equipment is 21,542 students composed of 128 school of public schools, while 21.542 students are from private and technical vocational schools. In addition, 21.279 from Liquica Municipality will also receive the equipment to be delivered next week.
