DILI, march 15, 2021 (TATOLI) – The Euro Atlantic flight from Lisbon landed at Nicolau Lobato Airport Dili, on monday at around 6:30 am bring 190 passengers and the cargo.
Among the passengers 104 are the Portuguese teachers from the Learning Centers and School Training (CAFÉ) and the other are Timorese citizens. currently confined in the three hotels in Dili, supporting the expenses themselves.
The Director-General of Health Services, Odete Viegas, said the teachers will be quarantined at the Timor hotel, Beach Garden and Golgota.
While the Timorese citizens will be quarantined at hotels paid by the government including the other foreign citizens appointed by the Executive.
“The government has decided several hotels for those who choose another quarantine location in addition to the locations paid by the government. We have already put health personnel in every quarantine sites to assist them within 14 days, ’’ she said.
Of 190 passengers, 24 will be quarantined at Hotel Timor, 37 at Hotel Beach Garden, 56 at Hotel Golgota, Eight at Palm Beach, 15 at luxury Hotel, 18 at Audian hotel, 19 at Fortuna hotel, two at kilatama, ten persons at Arbiru beach and at Vila Verde hotel.
The flight also has 15 crew members. The total number of tickets to Dili on March 15 was 205. However the flight also transport the medicines and books as well as the clothes.
The operation is following the coordination from the Government’s office of the Prime Minister, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (MNEC) and the Ministry of Health as well as the Integrated Crisis Management Center (CIGC).
