DILI, 03 May 2021 (TATOLI) –The President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, Francisco Guterres Lú Olo, issued a Revised Budget to be implemented President Lú Olo issued a revised budget to be implemented for the welfare of the people.
The President of the National Parliament, Aniceto Guterres, received this Monday, an official document from the Head of State regarding the enactment of Amending Budget.
“ I already signed this diploma and gave instructions for the publication. We may have access for it tomorrow, ”Aniceto Guterres said.
Mr. Guterres also added the government is responsible for adequately executing the budget,” which is intended for the well-being of the people and the nation.”
“Budget execution must directly benefit the people and guarantee the sustainability of the nation,” he said.
Guterres also hopes that the Government would proceed with the requalification of infrastructures and respond to more urgent needs.
