DILI, 13 august, 2021 (TATOLI)- The Ambassador of China, Xiao Jiangua visited the Prime minister Taur Matan Ruak’s office on Friday to present an appreciation letter from the Chinese Leaders which represent the people of the republic of china and also the Secretary-general parties in china regarding TL-Participation in the 100th Anniversary of CCP.
Timor-Leste demonstrated its political commitment and participating in the 100th anniversary of China’s communist party. The ceremonies were virtually held on 1 July 2021 in Beijing and participated also by Timor-Leste.
“Last month china celebrated its 100th of CCP anniversary, was joined by Timor-Leste including several European Countries, therefore China extends its appreciation for all the participants country at the CCP anniversary last month,” the Ambassador of China, Xiao Jianguo said to all journalists at Prime Minister Taur Resident in Farol, on 13 August, this Friday.
it is recalled that The Communist Party of China (CCP) was founded in 1921, holding its first Congress in Shanghai, with the help of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, during a tough period after the nation had a decade earlier cast off 2,000 years of dynastic rule.
The CCP’s ranks have risen roughly in line with China’s population, totalling 95.2 million members as of this month or 6.7 per cent of the Chinese population.
