DILI, december 3, 2022 (TATOLI) – The Government had executed $US 1.4 billion equivalent to 71% of the 2021 General State Budget (OGE), in the amount of 2.1 billion.
The execution includes the Special Administrative Region of Oé-Cusse Ambeno (RAOA).
“I met today with the Prime Minister, Taur Matan Ruak, to update the progress of the execution of the 2021 State Budget until December 31, 2021”, The Minister of Finance, Rui Gomes, said in a statement released monday, january 3, 2021.
The highest execution rates correspond to the category of public transfers with 93.1%, of salaries, 92%, and the category of goods and services with 68.1%. On the other hand, the smaller capital has 65.4% execution, and the development capital category only 24.1%.
“By the end of december, the execution had already reached 71% of the total of US$2.1 billion in the budget”,
The RAEOA’s execution rate reached only 26%, equivalent to US$25.2 million of the total allocated of US$97.7 million.
The highest execution rates correspond to the category of salaries and wages 76.5%, 41.7% allocated for goods and services, 40.1% for public transference,10.2% for smaller capital, and 9.3% allocated for the category of development capital.
