According to the Police, the suspect with the initials AES from Bahrain and another suspect IGAE from Sudan arrived at the International Airport on Friday with CITYLINK Air from Indonesia.

“Today we arrested two men suspected of human trafficking. They are working with three other suspects who have recently been arrested by the police for human trafficking,” CSoIP Deputy Director Adino Nunes Cabral told Tatoli in his office, Colmera Dili.

Nunes said the two were arrested by police following an investigation by a recruitment agency in Indonesia that collaborated with three other suspects previously detained and accused of supplying seven Timorese female workers to Dubay.
