Telemor holds Road Show event to celebrate its 10th Anniversary in TL

DILI, july 25, 2022 (TATOLI)- Vietnamese telecommunications company Telemor hosted the 2022 roadshow, an important event to celebrate 10 years of Telemor Investment in Timor-Leste.

Addressing the commemoration event, the CEO of Telemor, Tran Van Bang, appreciated the support of the President of the Republic, José Ramos Horta, who gave Telemor the opportunity and authority to hold the Telemor Roadshow at the Presidential Palace.

“Thank you for your cooperation and hard work to make this event a success, to celebrate 10 years of Telemor,” said the CEO of Telemor at the Presidential Palace, Friday.

Telemor was established in Timor-Leste after obtaining a business license from the Government of Timor-Leste on 22 August 2012, to be precise next month, on 22 August 2022, Telemor will celebrate 10 years of investment in Timor-Leste.

“In our 10-year journey in Timor-Leste, we are aware and truly believe that our business could not be where it is today, without the support from the government and all Telemor customers who have trusted and continue to use our services,” he said.

Over the past 10 years, with daily efforts to contribute to Timor Leste for the vision of “Hetan Diak Liu”, the success achieved by Telemor is not only with Technical by covering more than 96% of the population.

In addition, Telemor strives relentlessly to bring more and more digital services to Timor Leste such as Ewallet Mosan, Timor TV, Cinema .tl, Banquet Kakoak application, Voffifice, Meskola online learning, and others to bring Timor Leste to the world faster.

Telemor chose the Presidential Palace as the starting point for the Roadshow because, in Timor-Leste, the President of the Republic represents everyone in this beautiful country and is also a symbol of Telemor’s gratitude to the people of Timor-Leste.

At this point, he hopes that with this event, Telemor can share with all customers as an act to tell how much Telemor is grateful for customer support in traveling with Timor Leste in the digital era of a developed, modern and strong country.

Representative of the Presidential Palace, Maria Hendriqueta da Silva thanked Telemor for being a good partner for the state of Timor-Leste in the process of developing the communication and information sector.

“Thanks to the supervisors and all the staff who worked as a team to develop Telemor in Timor-Leste and become agents that facilitate communication and information and provide many services to the people of Timor-Leste,” he said.

In this event, Telemor provides opportunities for young people to channel their talents and gets support from Timor Plaza, PNTL, Harley Community, Freestyle community, Firefighters, Drum band from Colegio São Miguel School, and National Ambulance.
