DILI, 26 january 2023 ( TATOLI)– Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (MoFAC) Adaljiza Albertina Xavier Reis Magno will elect a new Timorese envoy for Consulate in Sydney, Australia.
“We are currently conducting a selection and the result will be announced as soon as possible. The new Counselor can be selected from MoFAC employees who have diplomatic experience Overseas and can also be selected from other institutions,” Magno told TATOLI at the Palace Government, Dili.
The Previous Consul General of Timor Leste in Sydney was Luciano Valentim da Conceicao, however, his mandate ended last year, and his position has not been filled by anyone until today.
Therefore Magno said, she would conclude the selection of the new counselor to do the diplomat works in Australia Sydney.
