DILI, 04 february 2025 (TATOLI) – The Minister of Trade and Industry, Nino Pereira, and his team inspected the bricks manufacturing process of Timor Block Building Industry, Mira Mar Block, and Daikyo Industrial Gas, in Fomento Komoro Dili.
During this visit, Minister Pereira said that the brick manufacturing industry has contributed significantly to the country’s infrastructure development, which is crucial for the diversification of the economy.
Timor-Leste bricks manufacturing industry provides sustainable, environmentally friendly, strong, durable, and beautiful material to any commercial, private, and government buildings.
Pereira said: “Our brickmaking industry is growing and it will continue to create more job opportunities for the Timorese workers.”
He said despite the difficulties, these companies continue to strive to ensure that the production of building materials runs smoothly to meet public needs.
