DILI, 03 September 2024 (TATOLI) – The New Zealand Embassy in Dili has announced that applications for the Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship will be open from August 29 to September 21, 2025.
These highly sought-after scholarships are available for a limited three-week application period, from August 29 to September 21, 2025. Interested applicants can apply at https://www.nzscholarships.govt.nz/category/.

Last year, the New Zealand Embassy in Dili officially announced 12 new recipients of the prestigious Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship.
Beginning with the 2026 academic year, the New Zealand Government will offer 32 Manaaki New Zealand tertiary scholarships annually to Timorese students –an increase from the 12 scholarships awarded in the 2023 intake for the 2024 academic year.
