Indonesia Embassy brings 108 Indonesia Citizens back to homeland

DILI, 22 january, 2021 (TATOLI) – The Indonesian Embassy in Timor-Leste today brings 108 of Indonesia citizens residing in Dili to Kupang with Citilink flight.

According to the statement from the Indonesian Embassy the 108 passengers will travel to Java and Bali west Indonesia.

These passengers have been working in Timor-Leste office of migration service, constructions and catering.

It is highlighted that the flight was chartered by the passengers since all the commercials flights were temporarily suspended due    the State of Emergency impose the by Government of Timor-Leste amid covid-19.

The passengers are traveled to their country of origin with the propose for vocation.

“These passengers will perform the test upon their arrival in Kupang,” said.

It is also stated that, the Indonesian government through the Indonesian embassy in Dili also helped bring home 118 Indonesian citizens who resided in Dili to Indonesia for the vocation propose.
