DILI, 08 april 2021 (TATOLI)- Government continue to impose the Sanitary Fence in the municipality of Baucau and Viqueque for seven more days.
“With regards to this, the citizens are prohibited from traveling to other municipalities, except for public health reason, security and humanitarian reasons which are considered necessary for the common interest and authorized by the Minister of the Interior,”President for the Council of Minister, Fidelis Manuel Leite Magalhães
Magalhães said, the extension of the Sanitary fence is due to the fact that the number of covid-19 cases continue to increase in Baucau, as being reported from the CIGC.
While in Viqueque no new cases reported today, yet it is required to fulfill the sanitary fence imposed by the government.
However, there is no renewal of extension for the home mandatory confinement.
