DILI, 26 january 2023 (TATOLI)- National Development Institute of Mão-de-Obra (INDMO) and the Minister of Education Youth and Sport (MoEYS) distributed certification to the 73 professional training centers in Timor-Leste.
The President of INDMO, Isabel Fernandes De Lima said the distribution of the certification to vocational training aimed to ensure the quality of the training center as well as quality human resources.

Lima said the certificates were distributed to 73 training centers following the control and evaluation conducted by INDMO in 2022.
“The types of certification composed of 26 certificates of training level, 11 certificates for Operational license, 18 certifications of institutional additional and also the appreciation for evaluation team 18.
In the same place, INDIMO also signed an agreement with MoEYS to ensure integrated cooperation to help the Timorese people to gain more knowledge of creative and innovative ideas.
At the Singing for the agreement, Minister of Education Youth and Sport, Arminod Maia said Education is a principal key to ensuring the development of a country.
MoEYS in 2021, made an evaluation and carried out the implementation of study viability for secondary schools of technical vocational (TECVO) to provide more knowledge to the second technique school across the country.
“We have a viability study which is focused on infrastructure, curriculum, human resources such as teachers and equipment and others, However, we should provide more human resources to produce creative and innovative products to respond to market demand nationally and international. It contributed to reducing the unemployment rate in Timor-Leste,’’ He concluded
