DILI, 05 April 2025 (TATOLI) – Telemor supported and participated in the launch of the Ocean and Underwater Exhibition.
This incredible event was attended by the Minister of Education, Dulce de Jesus Soares, as well as youths, parents, and children.
The activity will be held from 5 to 12 April 2025 at the Fundação Oriente. Showcasing the beauty of Timor-Leste’s marine life through stunning videos, the exhibition aims to inspire and raise awareness through innovative designs, integrative technologies, and a focus on conservation. It empowers visitors to understand the importance of protecting the marine environment and encourages actions toward a more sustainable future.
“Thank you very much to the Fundação Oriente for bringing together Timorese children and young people, giving them the opportunity to showcase their talents,” said the Minister of Education.
Telemor is pleased to support the activities of the underwater volunteer group, which has previously collaborated with Telemor to remove plastic and other waste from the coast and gardens in Cristo Rei, Dili. This initiative reflects Telemor’s ongoing commitment to supporting local events, promoting Timorese tourism, and protecting the country’s beautiful natural ecosystems.
